Will planning is the excercise to develope a comprehensive list of your assets, and to determine those you wish to bestow your belongings to. Nothing difficult about that. !
But because too many people neglect to draft Wills, it can and does lead to much confusion, and put an undue strain on the surviving spouse and family members.
To confront any head of household and say “Would you want your loved ones to suffer any anguish after an unexpected termination of your life ? ”
There is no doubt, the answer would be a direct NO.!
Why is it then that 80% of the world population as yet do not have a WILL. ?
What is it going to take to change that to read, that 8o% of the world, NOW HAVE A WILL.?
IS THERE AN ANSWER OUT THERE.?

Where you will keep your WILL AND OTHER NEEDED AND VALUEABLE DOCUMENTS, IS AS IMPORTANT AS HAVING DRAFTED YOUR WILL IN THE FIRST PLACE !.
So registering the location of where your WILL etc. is going to be kept in an on-line International Wills Locations and Search Registry, is probably even more important, because if a Will etc. cannot be found when needed……it is of absolutely no value to you.
The world’s legal fraternity admits that many Wills cannot be properly executed because they cannot be found.

Invariably…..Severe Consequences!
When a person is not yet 40 years old, or hasn’t yet married nor have children, there is that attitude “ I’m not old enough….nor have enough assets to worry about Wills and Estate Planning. “ “ Besides I’m healthy and see no need to lay out plans for any future “.
Girls…. Stay away from any egotist with that attitude. They will not be good marriage and family partners, being so tied up in themselves. Don’t become invloved with any partner that believes “ Let the future bring what may. ! ” “ I will handle it at that time. ”
These egotist’s are not thinking beyond their next week-end.
These types of individuals who believe that they are invincible, most often experience the gravest of consequences by not planning or being prepared for life’s usual challenges that can change one’s life’s direction in a New York minute.
IF ONE FAILS TO PLAN……THEY INVARIABLY PLAN TO FAIL. !
Are they the ones people call LOSERS ?
MORE THAN HALF OF THE INTERNET USERS TODAY ARE WOMEN.!

They recognize that accumalating all the family important documents and determining where will be kept is a very important step, and arranging meetings with legal professionals to assemble facts and prepare a WILL is paramount.

There is no one in charge of your happiness…but you !
Only you can create your atmosphere of happy surroundings. And when one has a family to nurture and protect, it can sometimes be a demanding challenge.
George Bernard Shaw says “ Imagination is the beginning of any creation. You imagine what you desire, you will get what you imagine, and at last, you create what you will.!”
Is it now time to imagine a perfect time to begin the planning of your family Will ?
There is no making believe that task is going to go away, and until you address it head-on, you will always bear an uncomfortable feeling of something not yet done.
Don’t let a possible future of darknes and dread rear its ugly head for your family by not having drafted at least a simple family Will. YOU OWE IT TO THEM for their protection.
Few families give adequate attention ( If any ) to the tax implications of their family estate planning!
Take the estate of the late Frederick Vanderbilt who died without a Will and a good family estate plan. His estate was valued at $76,838,530.00. His total settlement costs were $42,846,112.00 leaving only $33,992,418.00. according to probate records! Still a healthy sum, but more could have been sheltered from extra legal costs and taxes out of that $42,846,112.00. More than half the value of that estate.
Of course, what can we expect of families when most know so little about the tax structures of income taxes, estate taxes and death taxes. !
This is where good contacts with a financial planner, banker, insurance agent, trust officer, notary or lawyer, become very valueable in the planning stages of an estate.
From the outset, one should always remember, “ IT IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL EARN IN YOUR LIFETIME, BUT WHAT YOU GET TO KEEP, THAT IS IMPORTANT !” ( always try to keep more for your family!)
That requires constant updates to good family planning ideas.
In 1970, men had a life expectancy of 69 years. Women 76 years. Now the life expectancy is in the mid 80″s, so plans for any nest eggs at retirement will require more serious re-adjustments for the additional 20 years of living.!
A crucial part of that detailed estate planning unfortunately is quite often overlooked ! That is including in the plan of where that estate planning and Will are going to be kept so they can be easily accessed by family or friends when needed.
Very good Will’s that cannot be found, are very Lost Wills forever.

This may not be a good time to try to garner the warm affection and cooperation of other family members.
You could be torn between the finacial interests and responsibility of others, and your own , making it difficult to please others, and at the same time, please yourself.
Full moons can sometimes introduce agitation and emotional situations, and you can either be part of the problem, or a part of the solution.
During this time it will require your utmost patience in dealing with parents, older children, relatives and others because tempers may be short.
While you might feel pulled in various directions, nevertheless, you cannot ignore the needs of family and home.
Until this new moon phase is over, be the voice of reason and put-off the planning of a family get- together to begin the planning of your family Will until a little later.

This does not include the many legal offices, bank safe deposit boxes, trust company vaults, credit union vaults where some leave their Wills, and then, the little metal boxes hidden away within many homes.
HOWEVER, only 4 or 5 have websites promoting their WILLS LOCATIONS SERVICE lead by the International and Most Prominent Wills Location Registry and On-line Search Database in the World! ” A confidential database linking government and private Will Registries in an ever-changing world”. ” The World Registry of Wills ! ”. The others seem to be simply listings.

After all, who wants to waste time searching 150 world registries for a Will ?

All good parents taught their families thru life to never shirk their responsibilities!
When you left home to start out on your own, you now became totally responsible for all your own actions:
When you started jobs, you became responsible to be a good employee:
When you started dating, you had responsibilities to treat your partner with respect:
When you decided to get married, now your planning responsibilities began to multiply:

You can buy insurances to help establish and protect a financial future, but it is STILL your responsibility to protect all of them.
Your legal counsel advises that now you need written instructions for their future in the event an illness or accident removes you prematurely and you won’t be around to protect them anymore. A LEGAL WILL !. Most legal counsel’s would advise to never delay this important task for any reason.!
