Family Wills

But  fail  to  act,  too  few  have  stumbled  upon !

A  LIVING  WILL,  and  a  FAMILY  WILL.

It  is  very  unlikely  that  you  would  want  complete  strangers  deciding  what  to  do  with  your  assets  after  death.

But  without  a  Living  Will  and  a  Family  Will,  the  law  in  your  jurisdiction  and  the  probate  court  will  make  those  final  decisions  instead,  leaving  your  wife  and  family  in  a  deplorable  position  until  the  probate  process  is  completed.   This  can  sometimes  be  as  long  as  2   to  3  yrs  after  the  death. 

Without  any  type  of  written  directions  for  the  family  to  follow,  the  transition  into  their  future  is  in  too  much  turmoil  waiting  for  solutions  from  the  courts. 

We  really  know  of  no  human  who  would  want  to  put  anyone  through  this  anxiety  deliberately,  and  yet  so  many  do  by  default. 

The  legal  professionals  in  the  worlds  complain  that  failure  to  complete  a  legal  will  and  estate  plan,  is  one  of  mankinds  greatest  faults.

For  years  they  have  urged,  cajoled  and  promoted  individuals  to  complete  these  two  urgent  tasks  without  too  much  success  as  more  than  80%  of  the  world’s  population  still  do  not  have  estate  plans  and  wills  completed. 

Can  you  and  your  family  start  promoting  this  action  amongst  yourselves  and  friends  so  we  can  get  more  people  to  minimize  the  chaos  and  pain  being  suffered  by  so  many  as  yet  unprepared  ?
