In  many  countries,  there  is  no  legal  requirement  to  register  the  location  of  a  Will,  or  even  that  a  Will  exists.

While  many  Will  writers  may  be  satisfied  their  Will  might  be  stored  in  a  safe  place,  if  nobody  knows  where  it  is,  it  will  remain  there  for  eternity  if  it  cannot  be  executed.

The  security  vaults  of  law  firms,  notaries,  banks,  trust  companies  etc.  contain  many  Wills   that  cannot  be  found  because  nobody  knows  where  to  look !

REGISTERING  the  LOCATION  of  where  your  WILL  is  going  to  be  kept,  is  just  as  important  as  drafting  a  LIVING  WILL  and  FAMILY  WILL  in  the  first  place.
