Fortunately, and thankfully in today’s world, that has changed drastically for mothers, wives and families. To the extent, that many (if not most) now share the decision podium concerning family financial planning with their spouses.
In fact, it now seems that when planning for the family Will, “if mothers of the world don’t do it…. it may not get done.!”
80% of the world’s population are still without Wills, and the 20% that do, the legal profession agrees more than half cannot be properly executed because they cannot be found thusly incurring excessive legal search costs. Sometimes never to be found. Certainly, a LOST WILL is of no value.
